The scalloped trim catches the light in a way that makes the whole bed look dressed up, and the percale stays crisp even after a few washes. I keep catching myself running a hand along that embroidered edge before I fall asleep.

The embroidered scalloped border is even prettier in person and gives the whole bed that heirloom feel I was hoping for. The Italian percale stays crisp but doesn't feel stiff, and it's held up beautifully after three washes already.
