Our luxuriously sleek sateen, Giotto, is the sheeting for our lace-embellished ensemble, Diamante, where a macramé lace inset is threaded through its center with a narrow satin ribbon. To add a final bit of polish and patina, the lace is stitched on either side with delicate hemstitching, making a beautifully refined and elegant bed.
The sateen weave is so smooth it feels cool the second you climb in, and that ribbon threaded through the macramé really catches the light beautifully. Spent the whole morning just running my hand over the inset, it's that pretty.
That macramé lace inset with the satin ribbon running through it is such a delicate touch—it makes the whole bed look way more expensive than what I paid. The sateen itself is plenty soft, but honestly the detailing is what sold me.
