I didn't expect a picture frame to feel this solid, but the carved stone has real weight to it. The matte finish picks up light without any shine, and it makes the photo inside look almost gallery-worthy on my shelf.
I expected it to feel cold and heavy, but the carved travertine is actually light enough to hang without extra hardware. It sits on my shelf next to a taper holder from the same collection and they look like they were always meant to be there.
The stone has a slightly rough, matte texture that feels way more expensive than what I paid. I put a photo of my grandparents in it and the weight of the frame keeps it from tipping on the shelf.
