I've bought mouth-blown glass before that had visible seams, so the hand-cut facets on this one genuinely surprised me. The medium size holds a few stems without looking crowded, and the light coming through it in the afternoon is the whole reason it stays on my dining table.
The rippled, faceted surface catches window light in a way that makes the whole shelf look intentional. Mine sits on a walnut console with dried stems, and the hand-cut edges give it a weight that feels far more expensive than it was. Slight variations between pieces are apparently normal with mouth
I expected the mouth-blown glass to look a little uneven, but that's exactly what makes it feel handmade — the hand-cut facets throw different shadows depending on where the light hits. It's heavier than I pictured for a medium vase, which I actually like.
