The brown and black inlay stripes are so crisp in person, way sharper than the listing photos suggest. I put a photo of my grandparents in it and it instantly made the frame feel like an heirloom.
The striped inlay is so crisp you can feel where each piece of wood meets the next. I put a photo of my grandparents in it and the brown and black grain somehow makes the picture look warmer. Heavier than I expected too, in a good way.
I bought this for a wedding photo and the tulip wood has a nice weight to it that doesn't feel flimsy. The inlay lines aren't perfectly flush on one corner, but it's barely noticeable on the shelf.
